Melissa’s and John’s paths led us to create the symbol of Paulie the Pig, representing our shared quest to source the highest quality meats for our family and customers.

With Paulie, we’re reducing the steps between pasture and plate, ensuring that what ends up on your table is fresh, sustainable, and crafted with care. We pride ourselves on sourcing pasture -raised pigs from local farms while we explore the possibility of raising and harvesting our own heritage breeds soon.
